SkinClub in the UK

Can I use SkinClub from the UK?

SkinClub is open to players outside its restricted-country list and its interface, support and terms are all in English, so UK players use it the same way anyone else does. It is operated by Moontain Limited from Nicosia, Cyprus rather than by a UK company, so read the SkinClub Terms of Service for the current country restrictions before you deposit.

Can I deposit in GBP on SkinClub?

SkinClub prices and balances are denominated in US dollars. A UK debit or credit card still works — your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, so the amount that leaves your account will differ slightly from the GBP figures shown on this page.

Is SkinClub covered by GAMSTOP or the UK Gambling Commission?

GAMSTOP self-exclusion covers operators licensed in Great Britain. SkinClub is operated from Cyprus, so do not assume a GAMSTOP registration will block it — check the SkinClub Terms of Service for its licensing details. If you want support, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and BeGambleAware are free and confidential regardless of where a site is based.

How old do I have to be to use SkinClub in the UK?

18 or over. SkinClub verification asks for a passport, ID card or driving licence to confirm age, which lines up with the UK minimum age for gambling.

What time do SkinClub daily cases reset for UK players?

Daily cases run on a rolling 24-hour cycle from the moment you open one, so there is no fixed UK clock time to wait for — the case simply becomes available again a day after you last used it.

Account and trading

Can I use Steam Wallet funds to open cases?

No. Steam money cannot be spent on SkinClub. The balance is topped up on the site directly with a card, G2A Pay, or CS2 skins.

What do I need to check before opening cases?

Make sure you can trade on Steam. Open your inventory, confirm there is no trade ban, and check that at least 7 days have passed since your last password change. Otherwise the bot cannot deliver your items.

Why do I need to pass verification?

Verification confirms that every user is 18 or older and keeps the platform safe. Upload a clear photo of a valid passport, ID card or driver's licence. The Verification tab in your profile has the details.

How do I protect myself from scams?

Anyone claiming to be an administrator, moderator or trade bot of SkinClub outside the site is a scammer. Staff never send screenshots of a control panel, never add you on Steam to trade your items, and never send you files.

Deposits and balance

What payment methods are accepted?

SkinClub supports credit cards, G2A Pay, and deposits made with CS2 skins.

I topped up but the money has not arrived. What now?

Payments can be delayed by 5 to 10 minutes. If nothing has arrived within an hour, contact support at [email protected] with the payment details.

Where do I enter a promo code?

In your profile, before making the top-up the code applies to. See the promo code page for where official codes are published.

Opening and winning

How do I withdraw an item I won?

Go to your profile and press Send on the item you want. Once the trade offer is ready, press Get, which takes you straight to the trade on Steam. Accept it and the skin lands in your inventory.

Can I withdraw cash?

No. SkinClub does not offer cash withdrawals. Winnings stay as CS2 skins, which you can withdraw to Steam, sell back for balance, upgrade or exchange.

How long do withdrawals take?

Usually a few minutes, since all trades are processed automatically by bots.

Why does a case say Temporarily Unavailable?

A case goes offline when it does not contain every item listed in its pool. Bots monitor the market and repurchase the missing items, so the published odds always describe a complete pool.

What is an Exclusive Drop?

Exclusive Drop turns a rare hit into a second spin across a pool of rare items only. Cases that contain just one or two top skins do not have the feature. Results are verifiable through the PF button like any other roll.

Mechanics

How does Upgrade work?

Select one or more skins from your inventory as input, pick a more expensive target, then press Upgrade Items. The success chance depends on the output to input ratio and runs from 1 to 80 per cent. The smaller the price gap, the better the odds.

How many players can join a case battle?

Battles run with 2, 3 or 4 players, plus a 2v2 team mode. The highest total drop value takes every item opened in the battle.

Is everything Provably Fair?

Yes. Case openings and the other mechanics resolve against committed seeds, and the full history of rolls and seed changes stays open for inspection, including other players' results.

Partnership and support

Do you work with content creators?

Yes. If you run a YouTube channel with over 10,000 followers and videos starting at around 5,000 views, email [email protected].

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected]. Include payment details or item details where relevant so the ticket can be resolved in one round.

Still stuck?

Support answers on [email protected]. For creator partnerships, write to [email protected]. SkinClub is operated by Moontain Limited (HE410299), 13 Kypranoros street, EVI Building, 2nd floor, flat/office 205, 1061, Nicosia, Cyprus.

Security reminder. SkinClub staff will never add you on Steam to trade your items, never send you files, and never show you screenshots of an internal control panel. Anyone doing so is impersonating the site.
